Villa Italia Retirement Residence is a three storey seniors’ complex with 123 suites built around a central courtyard. From the striking 2 storey lobby, through the main dining room, to the patios and walkways of the courtyard; Villa Italia looks and feels like an elegant but comfortable home. Villa Italia is the first of a three phase village that eventually includes a long term care facility as well as independent living units, designed to meet the needs of seniors from our community.

Located in the heart of Hamilton’s West Mountain, close to all amenities, Villa Italia provides comfortable accommodations, pleasurable activities, and professionally supervised care for individuals who require more support than can be given at home.
